1. Acceptance of Terms
By ordering any of our subscription packages, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not activate or purchase a subscription.
2. Service Provision & Restrictions
Our IPTV service provides high-bitrate digital streams, VODs, and TV guides. Each subscription plan is designated for a specific number of simultaneous connections (devices). Sharing accounts or using more than the allocated number of connections is strictly prohibited and will result in temporary or permanent suspension of your service.
3. Network and Equipment Requirements
To enjoy zero buffering, we recommend a stable internet download speed of at least 25 Mbps (or higher for 4K streams). You are responsible for ensuring that your playback device (Smart TV, Firestick, Android device) and network configuration are capable of running the services.
4. Billing, Renewals, & Cancellations
All purchases are one-time payments for the duration of the chosen plan. There are no recurring monthly bills, contract bindings, or automatic renewals. When your plan expires, you may choose to purchase a new key manually to continue service.
5. Limitation of Liability
We strive for a 99.9% uptime, but we are not liable for temporary transmission interruptions caused by ISP throttling, network routing issues outside our servers, or device misconfigurations.
